Conditions Where We Cannot Accept Returns:

Opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned.

To expedite your request, please include a video or photo showing the product's condition. An unboxing video is recommended.

Refunds & Replacements:

Once approved, replacements will be shipped based on stock availability.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account or UPI ID (details required).

No cash refunds will be provided.
Cancellation Policy:

Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship. You can refuse delivery in such cases.
